The service

Travel eSIM sells mobile data plans as eSIMs. Calls and SMS are not included. Your device must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked — please check before buying.

Balance and payments

Purchases are paid from your in-app balance. The balance is topped up with cryptocurrency via an invoice; the USD amount is credited at the rate locked when the invoice was created, once the network confirms the transfer. Send only the stated coin on the stated network — funds sent otherwise may be lost.

Plan validity

A plan starts when the eSIM first connects at your destination. Unused data expires at the end of the plan.

Refunds

If an eSIM cannot be issued, the price is refunded to your balance automatically. Installed and activated eSIMs are non-refundable except for technical faults on our side.
