What we collect

Account data when you sign in with Apple or Google: account identifier, name and email (if you share them).
Purchase data: plans, eSIMs (ICCID, activation code), balance and payment history.
Crypto payment data: network, coin, amount and invoice address. We never store your private keys.
eSIM usage data from the carrier: remaining data, installation status, validity.

Why

To issue and service your eSIMs, credit top-ups, show remaining data and provide support.

Who we share it with

Our eSIM partner (Yesim) to issue and service eSIMs; our payment provider (CryptoOffice / Tranzor) to accept crypto payments; Apple and Google for sign-in. We do not sell your data.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while you have an account. You can delete your account in the app (Profile → About); your data is then deleted except what we must keep by law.
